Bids for snow removal contract on Lincoln Avenue

I was searching the net about  snow removal and noticed some cities and states are busy preparing for the next winter season. The Lincoln Avenue for one, has started soliciting bids for snow removal contract since July 28, 2009 and will be due by Friday, August 28 at 5:00 p.m. Interested vendors may contact through email to receive a copy of RFP. Deadline has been set at an earlier date to give enough time to prepare and finalize things. Coincidentally, I was also setting a deadline at my online business the  silks scarves wholesale. I need to dispose my stuff the soonest to purchase new set of arrivals. Preparation done ahead of time is the best move to carefully organize actions and contingency plans.
