Snow removal priority routes in Southeast Missouri

Missouri Department of Transportation has prioritized roads by following the snow removal routes to ensure convenience of traffic flow. First priority is given to roads with highest traffic bulk, second to those heavily traveled and third to the outer roads and service roads. This is to avoid confusion during snow removal operation and facilitate unobstructed entry of snow removal equipment during snow emergency. With this prioritization, it made me wonder how great the effect will be on home based business due to the least priority they received.
